The florist drops the flowers off…. your wedding planner hands out all of the personal flowers…. about 5-10 minutes goes by and without fail a groomsmen wanders back over to the wedding planner asking “how in the world do we put these on??” Chances are the last time you had to pin a boutonniere was prom, and we are willing to bet mom was there to help. On October 24, 2010, Melissa and Clay exchanged vows and celebrated with approximately 150 of their closest family and friends. Both the ceremony and reception were held at Haak Vineyards and Winery in Santa Fe, TX. The couple chose to do a first look in the cellar and as you can see the photos by Marius Lardizabal of Kayumangi Photography were absolutely stunning!
Melissa was a true DIY bride and had prepared countless wine themed details that Polished Wedding Planning was honored to help execute. Some of our favorites included putting each escort card in a bundle of four wine corks and using a wine crate with their married name on it to store the cards! The guests enjoyed a buffet dinner and danced the night away. Congratulations Melissa and Clay!
We have had the pleasure of working with Theresa Rocabado of My Makeup Rocks on several occasions and she and her associates are always extremely professional, polite, and do amazing work!
