Our A La Carte services are designed to help you fill in the gaps to make your wedding day perfect while also offering much needed help to those who are more budget conscious. Often times brides like to be very hand’s on and even completely independent when it comes to planning their perfect wedding, but want to rely on someone else to take care of the tedious and time consuming tasks – like mailing invitations and managing the RSVP list.
Whether you’re looking to have every last detail planned for you or just need help mailing your invitations, Polished Wedding Planning has a solution for you. Below you’ll find additional services that will help to ensure that your wedding day goes off without a hitch. These services can be added to any day of wedding coordination, partial wedding planning or full wedding planning service. Or they can be scheduled and purchased separately. At Polished Wedding Planning our goal is to provide exactly the services you need to make sure your wedding day is perfect.
Out of Town Concierge
- Create and distribute wedding weekend itinerary
- Determine transportation needs and hotel accommodations for out of town guests
- Assemble and deliver up to 30 out of town bags (clients to provide the contents) for guests staying within a 10 mile radius
- Provide local tourism information
Ceremony Coordinator
- Present at rehearsal to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions
- Will conduct the rehearsal in the absence of an on-site/church coordinator
- Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time
- Line up groomsmen and bridesmaids
- Ensure placement of all personal ceremony items
Design Assistance
- Up to 4 hours of service
- Decorate the event location and ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
- 1 consultation prior to the event to go over the details
